POTSDAM -- Potsdam police said they charged a woman with driving at three times the legal threshold for a driving while intoxicated charge on Market Street Friday morning.

Olivia A. Seamans, 22, Diamond Point, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated at 3:55 a.m., officers said.

She was pulled over and cited for insufficient turn signal for allegedly failing to signal at least 100 feet before turning into a local business.

Officers determined her to be impaired by alcohol and transported her back to the police station.

Her blood-alcohol content (BAC) was .29 percent, police said.

Seamans was issued tickets returnable in Potsdam court June 12.
