PARISHVILLE — A Potsdam man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a property-damage accident on West Parishville Road on Friday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Terry J. Burns, 34, was charged with first-offense DWI following investigation of the accident, officers said.
Deputies were assisted by Parishville Rescue, SUNY Potsdam police and Potsdam police.
Burns was cited and released.
