STOCKHOLM — A Potsdam man was arrested Thursday after allegedly pouring kerosene on himself and threatening to set himself on fire on River Road following an alleged domestic dispute, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.

Azmeir K. Harvin, 36, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, aggravated family offense, both felonies; third-degree menacing, second-degree reckless endangerment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, officers said.

He was arraigned in Canton court and released on his own recognizance, police said.
