POTSDAM — A Potsdam man was charged Tuesday with felony driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, according to state police.
Troopers said they charged George E. Tenberg, 33, with first-offense aggravated DWI, felony, first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, officers said.
He was charged at noon on Sissonville Road, police said.
The alleged incident took place March 4, troopers said.
Tenberg was also charged with unlawfully growing cannabis at 12:26 p.m. the same day, police said.
He was cited and released on all charges, troopers said.
