POTSDAM -- A Potsdam man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident early this morning on State Highway 11B, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Gunther Church, 19, was charged with first-offense DWI, officers said.
He was charged following investigation of a property-damage accident, deputies said.
His blood-alcohol content (BAC) was allegedly .15%.
Church was cited and released, officers said.
