POTSDAM -- St. Lawrence Health System will relocate the Potsdam COVID-19 Testing Center to the SeaComm Plaza, 145 1/2 Market Street, Potsdam.
The testing center will move from 49 Lawrence Avenue. Testing will be available daily at the new site starting Monday, Nov. 30 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The new location can be accessed through the SeaComm Plaza parking lot. People being tested will park in designated parking spaces and call a listed phone number to check in. Patients will be instructed to drive into an enclosed pavilion where a member of the St. Lawrence Health System COVID Testing Unit will collect the sample.
Although appointments are not required, patients are recommended to call St. Lawrence Health System’s hotline at (315) 261-6240, which is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
St. Lawrence Health System additionally offers COVID-19 testing Monday through Friday at the E.J. Noble Building, 80 East Main Street, Canton; and at Gouverneur Hospital, 77 West Barney Street, Gouverneur; and daily at Massena Hospital, 1 Hospital Drive, Massena. All three sites are open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
