Potsdam animal shelter adoption rate consistent through pandemic; pets still ready for adoption

Potsdam Humane Society's staff deserve a huge thank you for helping the animal shelter during the COVID-19 pandemic, without missing a beat, PHS board member Bonnie Boyd said.
She added that, “all the animals...two- and four-legged are healthy and doing an outstanding job.”
