LAWRENCE — A North Lawrence resident was charged with several counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child Monday stemming from a complaint made to state police last fall.
Donald D. Burnham, 51, was charged with nine counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child, felonies, and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana at 3:05 p.m.
He was being held pending court action, police said.
