MASSENA — A parking ban is in effect for the Village of Massena tonight.

The effect is from 8 p.m. Wednesday until 8 a.m. Thursday.

St. Lawrence County is under a winter storm warning with snow and ice possible tonight through Thursday, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
