Rep. Bill Owens will make three stops in St. Lawrence County Oct. 29 as Election Day approaches.
At noon Monday, Owens will speak before the Massena Luncheon Club at the Massena Country Club.
Following that, he will visit with seniors at the Massena Senior Citizens Center on Beach Street.
At about 2:30 p.m., Owens will tour the St. Lawrence County George E. Briggs Fire Training Center on Blanchard Road in West Potsdam.
Owens, a Democrat from Plattsburgh, is running for re-election in the North Country’s newly defined 21st Congressional District, with opposition from Watertown-area Republican Matt Doheny and Colton activist Donald Hassig.
