Members of Congressman Bill Owens’ staff will hold meetings with North Country voters in St. Lawrence County.
The congressman's staff people will be in the Massena Public Library's Room B from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Feb. 24. The library is at 41 Glenn St.
That afternoon, they will be in the community room at Waddington Hepburn Library, 30 Main St., from 1 to 4 p.m.
Owens' staff say these meetings are part of an ongoing effort to increase constituent outreach. Many more events are planned throughout New York’s 23rd Congressional district in the coming months, they said.
