CLIFTON – St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies report one person was injured as the result of one-vehicle rollover accident at 3:53 p.m. Saturday on Co. Rt. 60.
Deputies said a passenger in the vehicle, Amber M. Parks, 22, of 6 Overlook Circle, Plattsburgh, was transported by Star Lake Rescue to Clifton-Fine Hospital, complaining of abdominal pain.
According to deputies, Corey Parks, 23, of 6 Overlook Circle, Plattsburgh, was driving easterly on Rt. 60 when he drove onto black ice in the roadway, lost control of the vehicle, struck a guide rail, and the vehicle overturned.
Deputies were assisted on the scene by the Newton Falls Fire Department and Star Lake Rescue.
Deputies said no tickets were issued.
