One new case of COVID-19 reported in St. Lawrence County on Thursday, July 30

One new case of COVID-19 was reported to the St. Lawrence County Public Health Department today, Thursday, July 30.

Bringing the total number of confirmed positive cases to-date to 256.

Eight cases are active. Visit https://www.stlawco.org/ to check out the COVID-19 cases by town map.

Two hundred and forty four cases have been released from isolation, Public Health said.

Three cases are hospitalized.

Four deaths have occurred; this fatality data comes from the New York State Department of Health and was last updated on July 30 before 2 p.m.

Public Health said 27,155 people have been tested for COVID-19 as of July 29. This testing data comes from the New York State Department of Health and was last updated on July 30 before 2 p.m.

Testing is being done through both St. Lawrence Health Systems and Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. Testing is by appointment only. Call the hotline numbers below between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. if you have symptoms, you are an essential worker or feel you should be tested:
