One new case of COVID-19 reported in St. Lawrence County Monday

One new case of COVID-19 were reported today (Monday, June 7) in St. Lawrence County, with 2 new cases over the weekend, reports St. Lawrence County Public Health.

The total number of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases to-date to 7,500.

Eighteen cases are active, visit https://www.stlawco.org/ to check out the COVID-19 Cases by Town map layouts.

Public Health said 7,385 cases have been released from isolation.

Four cases are hospitalized.

Ninety-seven deaths have occurred; this fatality data comes from the New York State Department of Health and was last updated on June 7 before 2 p.m.

Public Health said 332,212 COVID-19 tests have been performed as of June 6; this testing data comes from the New York State Department of Health and was last updated on June 7 before 2 p.m.

Testing is being done through both St. Lawrence Health Systems and Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. Testing is by appointment only.
