OSWEGATCHIE -- An Ogdensburg woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following an April 7 car crash that led to one person being flown to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, according to state police.
The driver, Jordyn J. Marcellus, 21, was charged with two felonies, including second-degree vehicular assault and assault with intent to cause physical injury, officers said.
She was also charged with first-offense DWI, officers said.
Police did not report her custody status.
