OGDENSBURG -- An Ogdensburg woman was charged with felonies Nov. 30, according to city police.
Rachel Nickels, 38, was charged with two counts of grand larceny, and two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument, all felonies, officers said.
She was arrested by Potsdam police and transported to city police, officers said.
Her arrest status was not made public.
