OSWEGATCHIE — An Ogdensburg woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a property-damage accident Friday night, according to state police.
Pauline S. Durand, 60, was charged with first-offense DWI, first-degree operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, officers said.
She was cited at 5:52 p.m. and released.
