OSWEGATCHIE -- An Ogdensburg resident was charged with driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle Friday afternoon, according to state police.
Megan N. Ferguson-Blasdell, 31, was charged with felony DWI: Child in vehicle, first-degree operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs and second-degree criminal contempt, officers said.
She was cited at 1:13 p.m.
Her arrest status was not made public.
