WADDINGTON — An Ogdensburg resident was charged this morning with driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Ashley M. Hyde, 32, was charged with aggravated DWI: Child in vehicle, felony, following investigation of a motor vehicle accident on CR 31, officers said.
Her blood-alcohol content (BAC) was reportedly .15%.
She was cited and released
