OGDENSBURG – Ogdensburg City Council unanimously agreed to sell nine properties with minimum prices ranging from $500 to $3,500 at auction.
The city has been working to decrease the number of properties it owns in an effort to get them back on the tax rolls for the past several years with fair success.
At the Monday council meeting councilors agreed to put three Mill Street properties, one Lake Street property, one Adams Avenue property, one Dearborn Street Property, one Hayward Street property, one Clark Street property and one Greene Street property up for sale at public auction.
The auction will be held at City Hall at 2 p.m. on May 4.
