OSWEGATCHIE – An Ogdensburg man is in jail without bail on charges of assault and possession of crack cocaine, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Lee A. Loffler, 26, of 1235 Mechanic St., Ogdensburg, was charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony, after being stopped on on NYS Hwy. 812, deputies said.
He was also charged with third degree assault in connection with a reported domestic incident in Lisbon on Friday, deputies said.
He was arraigned in Town of Waddington Court and sent to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail, deputies said.
