OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man was charged with felony drug possession Dec. 2 on State Highway 37, according to city police.
Jerome T. Dobbs, 34, was charged with three counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, officers said.
He was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
He was arrested following assistance from New York State Parole, officers said.
Dobbs was remanded to St. Lawrence County jail without bail, police said.
