MASSENA -- An Ogdensburg man was charged with felonies following a sexual abuse complaint, according to state police.
Nathan A. Shaver, 33, was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse: Physically helpless and an individual under age 11, officers said. Those charges are felonies.
He was also cited for acting in a manner injurious to a child, police said.
His arrest status was listed as held.
