OSWEGATCHIE — An Ogdensburg man was charged with a felony following an alleged domestic dispute Wednesday, according to state police.
Roger D. Keith, 36, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, felony, and criminal mischief at 6:43 p.m., officers said.
His arrest status was not made public.
