OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man was charged with arson in connection with a suspicious fire that took place at Centennial Terrace in September.
Joshua Ewart, 36, was charged with fourth-degree arson and third-degree criminal mischief, officers said.
He was cited Dec. 13 at 4:22 p.m. at the police department.
Police said the arson charge is due to a reckless act that caused the fire, but details were not made available.
Ewart was cited and released.
