MORRISTOWN – An Ogdensburg man is accused is not completing construction work in which he was paid to do, according to St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies.
Frederick J. Compo, 52, was charged with third-degree grand larceny.
According to police, this charge stems from an investigation into the theft of money in the amount exceeding $3,000. It is alleged that Compo was hired to complete construction work on State Highway 37, Morristown, May 23, and received payment without completing the agreed upon work.
Compo arraigned at the Town of Morristown Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
