OSWEGATCHIE -- An Ogdensburg man is accused of unlawful imprisonment and endangering a child Thursday night.
Roy J. Johnson, 30, has been charged with a felony, first-degree criminal contempt physical contact; two misdemeanors, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and acting in a manner injurious to a child younger than 17 years old; and a charge of second-degree harassment-physical contact.
Troopers reported his status as "held," and say their investigation continues.
