OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man was arrested after allegedly selling cocaine to a police informant on two separate occasions, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Deputies arrested Roland Lafave Jr., 50, Ogdensburg, Oct. 17 2020 for two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled sSubstance, all felonies.
The arrest stems from a St. Lawrence County grand jury indictment where it is alleged that Lafave possessed and sold cocaine to a police informant on two different occasions. Mr. Lafave was booked into the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility awaiting arraignment in St. Lawrence County Court.
Deputies were assisted by members of the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force, Border Patrol, Canton Police Department, Gouverneur Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations and Ogdensburg Police Department.
