OGDENSBURG -- An Ogdensburg man is accused of possessing metal knuckles and a dagger following a traffic stop Wednesday, according to city police.
Andrew M. Petrie was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and unlicensed operator, officers said
He was held in lockup awaiting arraignment, police said.
