CANTON -- An Ogdensburg man was charged with promoting prison contraband Jan. 4, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Jebediah J. Brenno, 39, was charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband, felony, officers said.
He was found in possession of Suboxone while confined in the county jail, deputies said.
Brenno was remanded to jail without bail.
