OGDENSBURG – Frederick S. Morrill of DeKalb Junction has been appointed deputy executive director and chief financial officer of the Ogdensburg Bridge and Port 
Authority
Morrill joined the OBPA last year as its chief financial officer. His previous financial experience from both private and public companies, including Newton Falls Fine Paper Company LLC, St. Lawrence Zinc, Corning’s Canton plant, SUNY Canton College Association, and Hoosier Magnetics.
Morrill received his BS degree from Clarkson University and is a Certified Management Accountant (C.M.A.).
Morrill also serves as St. Lawrence County Legislator from District 6, and is the board’s Finance Committee chair.
