Ogdensburg City Council to consider resolution that would launch investigation into alleged workplace violence complaints

OGDENSBURG – Ogdensburg City Council will consider a resolution authorizing the city manager to solicit proposals for a the third party investigation of alleged violations of the city’s workplace violence prevention policy.

Council will also consider appointing an acting fire chief tonight and discuss the vacancy position.

The council also hear presentations from James Adams regarding the proposed fleet management plan and Allen M. Rickett, President of Ogdensburg Firefighters Local 1799 regarding the acting chief position.

The mayor also plans to proclaim national safe boating week and executive session will be held regarding the employment history of a particular individual.

The meeting will be held online at 7 p.m.
