POTSDAM — A Norwood resident was charged with driving while intoxicated Wednesday after flagging down St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies to reportedly assist with a disabled motor vehicle.
Deputies charged Lillian I. Crump, 22, with first-offense DWI after deputies were flagged down on Pierrepont Avenue by Crump after she had vehicle trouble.
Crump was found to be intoxicated but refused to submit to a chemical test to determine her blood-alcohol content (BAC), deputies said.
She was arraigned in Canton court by Judge Morgan, who suspended her license due to a refusal of a breath test.
Crump was cited and released.
