The arrest took place at Parkway Express, 9005 SH 56, officers said
Isaac G. Barkley, 21, was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child: Alcohol at 4:45 p.m., officers said.
He was cited and released.
MASSENA — A Massena man was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child Saturday evening, according to state police.
Jordan F. Frederick, 33, was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child: Alcohol at 6:50 p.m., officers said.
He was cited and released.
