BRASHER -- A North Lawrence man has is accused by state police of aggravated driving while intoxicated and other charges early today.
Kenneth C. Saint, 29, North Lawrence, was stopped by troopers shortly after 2 a.m. along Cty. Rt. 55.
They charged him with three felonies, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, DWI with two previous convictions in the last 10 years, and aggravated DWI, along with failure to keep right.
