POTSDAM — The North Country Children's Museum was awarded a $3,000 grant to support education programs such as science, tech, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM).
Weekend family programs and early childhood programs during the week are included with membership and admission.
"We're grateful to the Corning Incorporated Foundation supporting these important educational programs,” said NCCM Executive Director Sharon Vegh Williams.”
The Children's Museums offers discounted, needs-based memberships for low-income families. The cost is $25 per family for the year and allows for unlimited entry to the museum and participation in drop-in family programs. Inquire about discounted memberships at the museum's front desk.
The museum also has scholarship spots available in all camps and classes.
The museum is located at 10 Raymond Street in Potsdam.
