NORWOOD — A Norfolk man and juvenile allegedly trespassed at the abandoned school building on Prospect Street, according to village police.
Police found 18-year old Kayden C. Dubuque, and a juvenile subject from Norwood inside the building.
Norwood Village Police charged Dubuque with third-degree criminal trespass degree, a misdemeanor, and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
The endangering charge stems from Dubuque bringing the juvenile with him during his unlawful entry into this building during school hours.
The juvenile was returned to Norwood Norfolk Central School by police officers.
Dubuque was arraigned in Town of Potsdam court and released on his own recognizance.
A stay-away order of protection was issued against Dubuque for the juvenile in this incident, officers said.
