NORFOLK — A Norfolk child has been accused of forcible touching, according to state police.
The unnamed 9-year old was charged with forcible touching: Intimate parts at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday, officers said.
The alleged incident was reported to troopers Dec. 1, 2020.
The child was reportedly cited and released.
