OGDENSBURG -- “Parents For Parents,” a new support group for parents with challenging children, has recently been established.
The group is designed for parents with young children who do not listen to those with teenagers having drug or alcohol issues and behavior problems.
The organization will be gathering every Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at the McIntyre House on Caroline Street behind the First Presbyterian Church on the corner of Ford and Franklin Streets. Enter by the side door on the left.
The aim is to create a group of parents helping parents, supporting each other and sharing experiences and ideas to help each other. Guest speakers from OCFS, YAP and OPD are planned. All are welcome.
