LISBON -- State police closed down a portion of the Pray Road Thanksgiving Day near the Woods Road and were still on scene at 4:30 p.m. as they investigated a body found on the side of the road.
The crime scene tape crossed portions of the road where a perimeter had been set up, but there were no visible signs of a vehicle accident.
"On November 24,2022, around 1:15 p.m. State Police reponsed to the Pray Road in the Town of Lisbon for a suspicious complaint. They are investigating a deceased body located on the side of the road. This is an ongoing investigation," a statement from the state police said.
