HAMMOND – A Hammond man received numerous abrasions to his body after losing control of his motorcycle and crashing while traveling north on County Route 1, according to state police.
Rhys R. Milsap, 27, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation third degree, violation of a restricted license and unapproved helmet following the crash, police said.
He refused medical treatment, police said.
Milsap is to face the charges in Hammond Town Court on Oct. 6.
