More than a dozen pay fines for conservation violations throughout St. Lawrence County

The following are the most recent court actions on Department of Environmental Conservation appearance tickets in St. Lawrence County.

David P. Todd, 28, of Parker Street, Gouverneur, was ticketed Feb. 19 in the Town of Fowler for taking an undersized fish. He appeared in Fowler town court June 18 and was ordered to pay a $100 penalty and a $25 surcharge by Judge Young.

Jordan M. Beard, 34, of Roosevelt Street, Massena, was ticketed Feb. 28 in the Town of Norfolk for transporting an uncovered load of solid waste. Beard appeared in Norfolk town court July 10, and ordered to pay a $100 fine and a $2.50 surcharge by Judge Grubee.

Charles E. Fuller, 53, of Dana Hill Road, Russell, was ticketred March 7 in the Town of Russell for enticing deer to feed within 300 feet of a road. He appeared in Russell town court June 3 and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and a $125 surcharge by Judge Friot.

James W. Easton, 49, of Scotch Settlement Road, Gouverneur, was ticketed March 18 in the Town of Hammond for operating an ATV without insurance. He appeared in Hammond town court May 2 and ordered to pay a $67 fine and a $93 surcharge by Judge Kocan.

Johnathon M. Easton, 31, of Scotch Settlement Road, Gouverneur, was ticketed March 18 in the Town of Hammond for fishing without a license. He appeared in Hammond town court June 20 and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and a $75 surcharge by Judge Kocan.

Edward R. Bielbi III, 21, of County Route 3, Hammond, was ticketed March 24 in the Town of Hammond for taking an undersized fish. He appeared in town court April 18 and ordered to pay a $75 fine and a $75 surcharge by Judge Kocan.

Trevor Curtis, 46, of State Highway 420, Brasher Falls, was ticketed April 4 in the Town of Norfolk for contravention of water standards. He appeared in Norfolk town court April 24 and ordered to pay a $50 fine and a $2.50 surcharge by Judge Grubee.

John Paul Willi, 29, of School Street, Brier Hill, was ticketed April 5 in the Town of Morristown for unlawful open burn. Willi appeared in Morristown court on May 20 and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and a $2.50 surcharge by Judge Phillips Jr.

Lauren Elizabeth Infield, 22, of Hull Road, Gouverneur, was ticketed April 12 in the Town of Oswegatchie for fishing without a license. She appeared in Oswegatchie town court on April 25 and was fined $50 with $75 surcharge by Judge Denner.

Michael G. Bell, 23, of State Street, Ogdensburg, was fined April 15 in the Town of Macomb for insufficient PFDs. He appeared in Macomb town court on May 9 and fined $5 with a $75 surcharge by Judge Ceresoli.

Hope E. Gladle, 18, of Childs Road, Rensselaer Falls was ticketed April 16 in the Town of Macomb for fishing without a license. Gladle appeared in town court May 9 and was fined $25 with $75 surcharge by Judge Ceresoli.

Monique A. Susice, 35, of County Route 72, Parishville was ticketed April 16 in the Town of Parishville for failure to obey a DEC regulation. She appeared in Parishville town court May 7 and was fined $75 with a $75 surcharge by Judge Gale Jr.

Myrinda L. Fishbeck, 28, of Spile Bridge Road, Ogdensburg was ticketed April 23 in the Town of Oswegatchie for failing to obey a DEC regulation. She appeared in Oswegatchie town court June 5 and was fined $100 with $2.50 surcharge by Judge Cougler-Bouchey.

Tyler D. Beebe, 31, of Ford Street, Redwood was ticketed April 25 in the Town of Hammond for causing navigational hazard, and placing fill in navigable waters of the state. He appeared in Hammond town court on June 6 and was fined $400 with a $207.50 surcharge by Judge Kocan.

Alexander E. Gagnon, 27, of Gilmour Road, Ogdensburg was ticketed May 5 in the Town of Macomb for having no PFD on a vessel. He appeared in town court June 17 and was fined $25 with a $75 surcharge by Judge Ceresoli.

Cheryl A. Dissottle, 51, of Reservation Street, Winthrop, was ticketed May 23 in the Town of Norfolk for transporting uncovered load of solid waste. She appeared in Norfolk town court Aug. 7 and was fined $50 with a $2.50 surcharge by Judge Wilcox.

Justin D. Montois, 32, of Stony Point Road, Rochester, was ticketed May 25 in the Town of Macomb for fishing without a license, and operating an unregistered vessel. He appeared in Macomb town court on June 19 and was fined $50 with a $150 surcharge by Judge Ceresoli.

Gary R. Morris, 53, of Sunrise Drive, Hannibal was ticketed May 25 in the Town of Macomb for insufficient PFDs. He appeared in Macomb town court June 13 and was fined $25 with a $75 surcharge by Judge Ceresoli.

Richard R. Card, 66, of County Route 22, Gouverneur, was ticketed June 2 in the Town of Hermon for unlawful disposal of solid waste. Card appeared in Hermon town court July 1 and was fined $150 and a $2.50 surcharge by Judge Whitton Jr.

Casey J. McIntosh, 30, of Richlee Drive, Camillus, was ticketed June 22 in the Town of Hammond for fishing without a license. McIntosh appeared in Hammond town court July 18 and was fined $25 with a $75 surcharge by Judge Kocan.

Abby R. Bukowski, 33, State Route 38, Martville was ticketed June 22 in the Town of Hammond for fishing without a license. She appeared in town court July 18 and was fined $25 with a $75 surcharge by Judge Kocan.

Nicolas Gendron, 34, of Saint Barbe, Quebec, Canada, was ticketed June 23 in the Town of Oswegatchie for fishing without a license. He appeared in Oswegatchie town court on Aug. 14 and was fined $25 with a $75 surcharge by Judge Denner.

James J. Besaw IV, 18, of Sissonville Road, Potsdam was ticketed June 24 in the Town of Potsdam for fishing without a license. Besaw appeared in Potsdam town court Aug. 17 and was fined $50 with a $75 surcharge by Judge Mason.

Matthew L. Stone Jr., 24, of McGinnis Road, Waddington, was ticketed July 5 in the Town of Potsdam for uncertified pesticide application. Stone appeared in Potsdam town court Aug. 12 and was fined $150 with a $75 surcharge by Judge Charleson.

Travis R. Mousaw, 36, of County Route 21, Hermon, was ticketed July 4 in the Town of Hermon for unlawful open burn. He appeared in Hermon town court on Oct. 7 and was fined $50 with a $2.50 surcharge by Judge Whitton Jr.

Larry G. Trombley, 65, of Morrow Road, Lake Charles, La., was ticketed July 18 in the Town of Oswegatchie for deposit of poisonous substance into sewer. He appeared in Oswegatchie town court July 24 and was fined $100 with a $2.50 surcharge by Judge Denner.

Benjamin R. Rulffes, 28, of Plains Road, Canton was ticketed Aug. 10 in the Town of Russell for operating an unregistered ATV and operating an ATV on unpermitted highway. He appearted in Russell town court Sept. 16 and was fined $225 with a $186 surcharge by Judge Friot.

Jason E. Deon, 36, of Birch Road, Potsdam, was ticketed Aug. 11 in the Town of Pierrepont for unlawful disposal of solid waste and unlawful open burn. He appeared in Pierrepont town court Sept. 18 and was fined $100 with a $5 surcharge by Judge Hance.

Mattie J. Miller, 48, of County Route 24, Gouverneur, was ticketed Aug. 22 in the Town of Fowler for unlawful disposal of solid waste. Miller appeared in Fowler town court Sept. 17 and was fined $50 with a $2.50 surcharge by Judge Young.

Christopher Elliott, 41, of County Route 1, Hammond, was ticketed Aug. 22 in the Town of Macomb for unlawful disposal of solid waste. Elliott appeared in Macomb town court Aug. 22 and was fined $50 with a $2.50 surcharge by Judge Ceresoli.

Earl Irving Davis Jr., 70, of State Route 37, Hammond, was ticketed Sept. 2 in the Town of Morristown for failure to obey a DEC regulation. Davis appeared in Morristown court Sept. 9 and was fined $25 with a $75 surcharge by Judge Phillips Jr.
