New York State Police say they arrested 11 people for driving while intoxicated over Memorial Day weekend in the North Country.
They say the tally was taken between May 22 and ended at 3 a.m. May 26.
Troopers say they also charged 144 people with speeding, two with distracted driving and 31 with child restraint or seatbelt violations and two for move over violations.
They say they cited 567 drivers total in the North Country during that time.
