MASSENA — A Massena woman was charged with a felony following an arson investigation stemming from an Oct. 30 incident, according to state police.
Tina M. Carpenter, 46, was charged with third-degree arson, felony, and making a false written statement at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, officers said.
She was released to a third party, police said.
