MASSENA — Village trustees took action on a number of resolutions during a board meeting on Sept. 19. The following actions were approved:

• Authorized an agreement with LaBella Associates for grant administration services for the Core of the Community Grant Program

• Authorized the purchase of a hydrovac truck and issuance of $513,000 in serial bonds for said vehicle

• Appointed Diana Dufresne to the village Zoning Board of Appeals

• Authorized an agreement with Trane for services at the Massena Rescue Squad

• Appointed Paige Brothers as provisional senior clerk at the Massena Police Department

• Authorized canvassing for a dispatcher for Massena Police Department

• Accepted the resignation of W. John Davis from the Massena Housing Authority Board of Directors

• Appointed Patti Debiew to Massena Housing Authority Board of Directors

• Approved agreements with NYS OPRHP, NYS ESD and SLC IDA in relation to 22-24 Main Street property, former Massena School of Business
