MASSENA — The Massena Town Board took the following actions during the board’s Nov. 16 meeting.
• Board members approved the GASB 75 Service Agreement with the Burke Group
• Board members approved advertising for a dog control officer for the town of Massena
• Appointed Weldon Bogardus to the Town Planning Board
