MASSENA -- Massena Public Library has opened its doors and welcomed back patrons to limited in-building services Monday, Sept. 21.
The number of patrons who can visit the building, or use a computer, is limited. The library asks patrons to call to make an appointment to visit the library.
Curbside services are still available.
The library's priority continues to be serving the community while maintaining the health and safety of staff and patrons.
