BRASHER -- A Massena man was charged Thursday with driving while impaired following a personal-injury accident April 2, according to state police.
Adam E. Murray, 40, was charged with DWAI: Combined drugs and alcohol and first-offense DWI at 12:59 p.m., officers said.
Murrary was cited and released.
PARISHVILLE -- A Norfolk woman was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a personal-injury motor vehicle accident in April, according to state police.
Anne M. Randall, 56, was charged with aggravated DWI at 8:50 p.m., officers said.
She was cited and released.
