MASSENA -- Jordan and Shauna DuBray have taken up the theater together.

This mother-daughter duo just completed their latest show Mary Poppins Jr. on Dec. 8, at Seaway Valley Theatre Company in Cornwall, ON.

Jordan DuBray playing the role of Jane Banks, joined the SVTC family two years ago playing the role of Skipper in Madagascar Jr. where she fell in love with acting, said a press release from the theater group.

She was also in their production of Elf Jr. last December and was in Aladdin Kids in SVTC's summer theatre camp. Jordan looks forward to working on many future productions with them, the press release said.

Jordan's mom Shauna joined the Seaway Valley Theatre Company's family for the first time this year as the productions choreographer.

Shauna has worked in numerous professional theatres over the years, but this is her debut as choreographer. She is very thankful for the opportunity and extremely proud of the cast for all their hard work they have put into the show, the press release said. She hopes to be able to work with SVTC in the future, said the press release.

Founded in 2006, the Seaway Valley Theatre Company is a not-for-profit, non-professional theatre company based in Cornwall. The company produces commercial, mainstream entertainment which aims to appeal to the broadest audience possible.
