MASSENA – A Massena man is being held in the county jail without bail after allegedly refusing to return $1,000 in merchandise to employees at a home rental store in Potsdam.
St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies have charged Robert Northrop, 62, 110 Woodlawn Ave., with fourth-degree grand larceny after a complaint made by the EasyHome store.
Northrop was arraigned before Norfolk Town Justice Donald Lustyik and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
